Description:
Purdue University offers an ongoing, weekly support group for students who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgendered. This is a a safe environment for individuals who want to share their many experiences, struggles,and victories in being gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgendered. Unique issues dealing with biphobia/homophobia, relationships, coming out and being out, religion, family, and many others will openly be discussed. This will be a place for group members to offer support and receive support, while celebrating who they are.
Group membership is limited. For more information or to schedule a group orientation appointment, call Barry Schreier or Laura Mathews at 494-6995. This group meets: Thursdays 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
