MTF Group Therapy: Mondays 2005, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
FTM Group Therapy: Wednesdays 2005, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Group Therapy Facilitators:
Elaine Phillips, M.A., Certified Clinical Sexologist
John Schulenburg, L.C.S.W.

Purpose:
1. Explore and learn about transgender issues, concerns and resources
2. Learn about mental health, hormone and medical options
3. Share and learn from others in a safe, therapeutic setting

Enrollment: Minimum of five/maximum of 10 participants

Prior to group therapy participation, participants will be:

1. Screened to ensure they are right for this group
2. Advised of and agree to honor group therapy confidentiality guidelines
3. Educated about the expected outcomes of participating in group therapy

Fee: $100.00 ($12.50 per 90-minute weekly session prepaid in advance
participants are requested to attend every session)

Depending on your insurance provider, your group therapy fee may be
partially covered.
